Each artwork is limited to 50 prints in total, counted across all sizes, materials and sales channels, and no more than 10 are made larger than 100 cm. I keep the register of every sale myself, and once an edition is sold out it is closed permanently. Wallpaper is not part of the limited edition.

Buy it because you want to live with it, not because you expect it to go up in value. Most limited edition prints by living photographers do not become investments, and I won’t promise that. What you do get is a fixed edition: each image is limited to 50 prints, and I keep the register. Affordable wall art suits a space you change often. Start with what is already in the room: the wood, stone, metal and textiles, and the one or two colours that repeat. Pick an image that picks up one of those colours, or deliberately sits quiet next to them, such as black and white against warm oak or marble. Then match the material: aluminium or acrylic glass gives a clean, modern surface, a thin oak or white frame a warmer one. Three things come up most often in the interiors I work on. First, one large print instead of a gallery wall, often in a custom size. Second, black and white, which works with almost any palette. Third, intensity. In my experience, a portrait of an animal looking straight at you now gets chosen more often than a wide scene, such as a herd in the landscape. The image can be strong, as long as it is calm around it, with plenty of empty space. For materials, acrylic glass or aluminium gives a clean surface, and a thin oak or white frame a warmer one.

Look for work with a maker and a place behind it. Generic decor is usually a stock image printed in thousands of copies, so ask three things: who made it, where, and how many exist. That is what makes a piece yours rather than everyone’s.
