An Indian peacock looks back over its shoulder, its royal blue head in sharp profile against soft green bokeh. Below it, the green tail feathers and their eyespots fill the frame with colour. A calm, vivid choice for a wall that could use some life.
Most peacock photos show the full fan. This one doesn't. The bird was photographed from behind, head turned, with the crest standing up like a small fan of its own. The eye, the white markings around it and the pale beak are sharp, while the background melts into soft green, so nothing competes with the bird. Photographed in a park, not in the wild.
The tail feathers carry the lower half of the image: emerald, turquoise and gold, with deep blue eyespots repeating across the frame. Together with the calm background, the print has a lot of colour without feeling busy. It works above a sofa or a bed, in a hallway or in a bright office, and suits interiors with green, blue or natural tones.
The photo is available as a print in 2:3 formats, from compact to large statement sizes. It pairs well with Eye to Eye, the front-facing peacock portrait, as a set of two. Choose the material and size that suit your room. Interior designers and hotel projects can get in touch for larger formats.
